RS Technologies was founded with a focus on the US executive transportation industry — specifically the limo and black car companies serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland.
In those early years, we observed something that would define everything that followed: the businesses that grew most consistently were not necessarily those with the best vehicles or most competitive pricing. They were the ones whose phones were always answered by someone who knew what they were doing — someone who sounded, to every caller, like they were sitting inside the company itself.
So we invested in understanding those businesses deeply. We learned dispatch software. We learned airline protocols, VIP client expectations, affiliate coordination standards, and the specific language of executive ground transportation. We became, in every practical sense, an extension of the operations we supported.
Word spread within our initial client community. Transportation companies in Pennsylvania reached out. HVAC firms in Texas and Oklahoma needed after-hours coverage that their office staff could not provide. Freight brokerages needed dispatch support around the clock. Insurance agencies needed a professional voice when policyholders called after hours. Medical practices needed patient calls managed with care and sensitivity outside of clinic hours. Each new vertical was approached with the same discipline: understand the industry before touching a single call. Train agents specifically for that operational context. Build processes that hold under pressure and perform consistently regardless of the hour.
Today, RS Technologies International serves clients across seven active markets — including London — across seven industry verticals. The companies that started with us in our founding years remain with us. That retention is not coincidence.
